Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction: Unmasking with Purpose and Integrity

GHOST Marketing was developed with a clear vision: to unmask anonymous website visitors and transform hidden clicks into actionable revenue opportunities. Our belief has always been that by identifying prospects at scale, we can revolutionize digital marketing while enhancing the online experience for millions of users. This vision drives our commitment to making our Services accessible and valuable from day one.

However, in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, it's not feasible for GHOST Marketing to personally vet every customer or scrutinize every website where our code is deployed. While we believe most businesses operate with integrity, our Services might occasionally be used in ways contrary to our original intent. Some websites running GHOST Marketing scripts might not align with our values.

This Acceptable Use Policy clarifies what behaviors and content are prohibited when using GHOST Marketing (whether free or paid). We will take decisive action against any site discovered to be in violation. This Policy is a living document subject to updates as needed. Continued use of GHOST Marketing requires compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
